Where can you get the most for your money in Summit County?

So we know we are in a buyer's market here in Summit County, but where are the deals within the deals? One area I encourage you to look at is Wildernest. It is a large neighborhood in Summit County just on the outskirts of The Town of Silverthorne. It’s wooded setting sits at the base of Buffalo Mountain known for many awesome hikes. It is right on the The Summit Stage bus route that services the Summit County area, which gives people the opportunity and convenience to access other parts of the county. Wildernest close proximity to I-70 is ideal for those looking for a central “home base” to visit four ski areas in the county, being about 20 minutes from Keystone and Copper Mountain, and 25 minutes from Arapahoe Basin and Breckenridge.
